Local 'Deck the House' Winner Named
Duluth sparkles in Patch's national holiday decoration contest.
The home of Alana Moss and Scott Femmer was selected as the best Duluth entry in the Patch “Deck the House” contest. Alana dashed out and took this photo of their decorated house in the rain to make the deadline to enter the contest.
Tonight we'll find out the names of the 24 finalists. Each Top 24 winner is guaranteed $500 to help pay those holiday-sized electric bills and a shot at winning $100,000 for their school district.
