Gwinnett Seniors Council Presents Lifestyle Showcase

Vendors, organizations and clubs for seniors to participate at Bethesda Senior Center April 21.

Gwinnett senior citizens looking for products and services to make their lives easier need to mark their calendars for Thursday, April 21. The Gwinnett Council for Seniors is presenting the Gwinnett Senior Lifestyle Showcase 2011 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Bethesda Senior Center, 225 Bethesda Church Rd.

More than 40 vendors that cater to the needs and lifestyles of senior citizens have registered to participate. These vendors plus nonprofit organizations and clubs for senior citizens will display products and services for seniors. The Gwinnett Council for Seniors has vetted the vendors.

"We are pleased with the overwhelming support by local businesses, organizations and senior groups in Gwinnett County who have agreed to participate in this event,” said John Williams, event coordinator and incoming president of the Gwinnett Council for Seniors. “The variety and diversity of the exhibitors who have signed up will make the Showcase informative, educational and fun for all our attendees. There is something for all our seniors, including good food and door prizes."
