Cathy Seith, a freelance photographer and frequent contributor to Duluth Patch, shares photos of flooding in her Riverbrook neighborhood in Duluth following the Sunday (May 19) overnight storm that brought heavy rains to the area.
Her neighbor three doors down has flood water inside their home for the second time, Seith reported.
