Gather the family together and come to Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth for a fun-filled afternoon at the Children’s Festival from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 7. Festival attendees will be able to sample food from Mega Mart and enjoy performances by the Taiwanese School of Atlanta Drum Team and Tiger Martial Arts Karate.

There will also be fashion shows featuring stylish looks for kids from Happy Land and Gymboree. A balloon artist will create interesting shapes out of balloons for children. Other games and activities are also planned.

Admission to the festival is free. Children’s Day is celebrated on different days throughout the year in countries across the globe, and is celebrated in many Asian nations, including South Korea and Japan, each year, according to a mall announcement. The day is traditionally spent with family.
