CATaclysmic End-of-Season Sale

Planned PEThood and Companion Animal Rescue League are having an end-of-season adoption event of fashionable felines Saturday and Sunday in Duluth.

Planned PEThood of Georgia and Companion Animal Rescue League (CARL) are partnering to host a “CATaclysmic” End-of-Season Name Your Price Adoption Event the last weekend in September.

Some of this summer’s most fashionable felines – trendy tabbies, chic calicos and classic black and whites – are in stock and ready to purr

At this event only, adopting parents can can take home “floor model” kittens and cats for whatever adoption fee they decide to pay, according to a press release issued by Duluth-based Planned PEThood.

The entire line of adorable adoptables have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated and come with fashion-forward accessories that include a pet carrier, microchip and Advantage Multi flea treatment. The “accessories” alone are valued at $200.

Potential parents are urged to arrive early for the best selection in colors and styles. The choices range from a “mod” orange tabby, to the classic “little black cat” to a perfectly tailored tuxedo.

The clearance sale is happening Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 29 & 30, at Planned PEThood, 2860 Buford Hwy., in Duluth. Hours are 10 a.m-5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.

Planned PEThood is a nonprofit high-volume, low-cost spay/neuter clinic that provides spay/neuter surgeries. Planned PEThood fixes dogs starting at $80, cats starting at $45, and feral cats for $25.
