That what visitors will find at the first Alive! Festival on the Duluth Town Green this weekend.

The City of Duluth welcomes the first Alive! Festival Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 5 and 6, to the . Festival visitors will learn how to integrate health and wellness and natural and organic products into their lifestyles.

In partnership with the city, the Alive! Festival anticipates attracting more than 5,000 consumers from Duluth, Gwinnett County and neighboring areas over the weekend. The festival will promote “All Things Natural, Green & Healthy” and showcase companies in the health and wellness industry. Admission is free.

Attendees will find 50 natural and organic vendors, a sustainable locally grown Farmers Market plus lots of organic foods, 100% natural Zevia soda, Honest Tea and other healthy products. There will be a benefit concert Saturday night and children’s activities both days.

The Alive! Festival will benefit Project Green, a new Atlanta nonprofit formed to protect greenspace in the Southeast and develop a ‘Back to Basics’ summer camp for underprivileged children and teenagers. The new festival is a sister event to the Alive! Expo in Atlanta.

Festival hours are noon-7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Sunday. The Town Green is located at 3142 Hill St. in downtown Duluth.
