In these hard economic times the face of homelessness has changed.  The residents come to Rainbow Village with varied backgrounds, skill sets, educational levels and certifications.   Part of my position as the Financial Program Director of Rainbow Village involves helping a resident set goals for their financial and employment futures. 

Success comes when we not only help a resident find a position, but more importantly find a position that is a great fit for their personality, passion, level of education and skill set; even more so when we help them find a career path that will lead to personal growth, happiness and the ability to sustain housing moving forward.

How can you help?  The job market now is all about who you know.  I would love to have the opportunity to find the right candidate with the right skill sets for the positions that your organization has available.  In order to do this, I need to know what you are looking for when a position becomes available.
