Document design and publishing firm Labrador Company announces Duluth resident Ron Warren has been promoted to Senior Proxy Advisor. In his new role, Warren will be responsible for reviewing and advising clients on SEC disclosure, suggesting potential proxy enhancements, crafting assertive proxy and executive summaries, and creating new document structure for a more logical flow of information.

Warren brings over 25 years of senior-level corporate experience to Labrador. He is a seasoned communications professional with diversified experience in all forms of corporate communications for both well-established and start-up publicly held companies with multicultural/multinational audiences. Previously, Warren served as a Senior Project Manager with Labrador. Prior to joining the Company, he was Managing Partner with his own communications consulting firm. From 2003 to 2011, Warren served as Vice President Corporate Communications and Corporate Secretary for uVuMobile/SmartVideo. He has also held various senior level positions at Theragenics Corporation, Rollins, Inc. and Advanced Telecommunications.
