Champia Real Estate Inspections Hires Andrew Binosa

Atlanta, GA --- Today Champia Real Estate Inspections announced the hiring of Andrew Binosa as their newest ASHI associate.

Binosa became an ASHI Associate after successfully passing the National Home Inspector Examination and the ASHI’s Standards and Ethics Examination.

As an architect for the past twenty years, Binosa designed detached and single family homes as well as clubhouses for Beazer Homes and Hovnanian Homes until he formed his own architectural services company with two partners. There he designed both commercial buildings and custom homes. Early in his career, Binosa designed commercial buildings for a commercial architect. Binosa received his Bachelor of Architecture from NJIT, the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He currently resides in Duluth, GA with his family.

Additional services include air quality and mold testing, termite letter, water certification and radon testing.
