Comfort Suites Duluth's restaurant recently underwent a routine health inspection by the Gwinnett Health Department.
And the eatery located at 3700 Shackleford Road received a "79/C" score on Dec. 31. Among the violations noted were:
Violation of Code: [.05(6)(c) ] Observed the microwave with a large amount of rust inside. Microwave ovens shall be in good repair. New Violation.
Violation of Code: [.04(6)(i) ] Foods that are listed on the written procedures for time control were not marked to indicate the time from which the food was placed out and the time the food should be discarded. Items were marked while on site. Foods shall be marked to indicated the begin time of when food is placed on time control and the time food shall be discarded. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
