Duluth Mayor Nancy Harris joined Tide Dry Cleaners and APFI (Agile Pursuits Franchising Inc.) officials in cutting the ribbon Aug. 10 for the first location of the business in Georgia at 2774 Buford Hwy. in Duluth.
