Red Hare Brewery Debuting Newest Beer in Duluth

Marietta brewery will introduce Imperial Red IPA from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Best of Brews.

Bobby Thomas, the head brewer from Red Hare Brewing Company in Marietta, will debut his newest beer Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Best of Brews, a growler filling shop in Historic Downtown Duluth.

The Imperial Red IPA will be tapped at noon. This limited edition/limited quantity beer is the second in the Rabbit’s Reserve series, following the Chocolate Porter introduced in November 2011. The debut of the Imperial Red IPA at the Best of Brews precedes the introduction later in the day at the brewery.

Red Hare also brews a lager style beer (Long Day Lager), an IPA (Gangway India Pale Ale), and a nut brown ale (Watership Brown) all year long. Thomas is introducing a new beer in the Rabbit’s Reserve series every three to four months.

As part of the debut of Rabbit’s Reserve #2, the brewery will give away a Red Hare pint glass with every growler filled with one of their beers Saturday at the Best of Brews.
