Duluth Mayor Nancy Harris, second from right, declared Monday, Dec. 17, as Rick Case “Bikes for Kids Day.” She read the proclamation and presented it to Rick Case Automotive Group Duluth Manager Kevin Kolb, second from left. The automotive dealership collects bikes and donates them to children. This year marks the 31st anniversary of the program, which has provided 30,000 bikes over the years, Kolb said. The proclamation reading at the Dec. 10 Duluth City Council meeting was attended by representatives of the Boys and Girls Clubs. A bike presentation ceremony is scheduled for 6 p.m. Dec. 17 at the dealership located at 2493 Pleasant Hill Road. Rick Case Automotive Group sells Mazdas, Hondas, Kias, and Audis.
