“Went back to this location after hearing that their sanitation ratings were good. Ever since they earned a U on the inspection back in Sept 2013, they have scored the following: 100, 95, 88, 96. Not bad, not bad! Hope they keep it up.

Food was up to par with the original Flying Biscuit location in Candler Park, Atlanta. =)”

“Great food, drinks and service! Will def be going back again! The eggplant chips were awesome! And the Buford dr. Pizza was very tasty as well!”

“I frequently here a lot. Live music with great bartenders. It's a great place to meet new people if you're out in the dating scene. It has a nice mix of ages from 23 and up. I've had tacos, wings and pasta from this place and they're always good. I just honestly wish it was larger. It's so small it starts to get crowded very fast. Especially on $1 beer night. If they moved,  I'd follow.”

“Visiting Atlanta during a recent business trip, Yelp app guided me here. Didn't realize it was Wednesday's trivia night but I settled in and ordered dinner nonetheless.

Had the lobster ravioli. 5 pieces of decent size with good size. Inside the pasta was stuffed with a good size of lobster - at least more than I expected.

Atmosphere - trivia atmosphere. The host walked around greeting folks and really made it interactive. He told jokes, played songs, and constantly talked that you were constantly entertained whether participating or not in trivia.”

Woo Nam Jeong Stone Bowl House

5953 Buford Hwy NE

Atlanta, GA 30340

“I am at a loss for words when I try to describe this place. Never in my life have I ever received such great service and food all in one place. The owner/chef personally came to our table and made sure that we loved every bite. I am a vegetarian and pretty much everything on the menu had meat BUT they made me a special stone bowl order with veggies... I poured the veggie Korean pancake sauce over it and I was in heaven. Your food is sizzling and stays hot the entire time that you are eating it because of the bowl.

I said no to the egg because I do not like sunny side up eggs but I wish I would have gotten it now that I think back on it because I could have just scrambled it up in the skillet :) (I will remember this next time).”

“Yum! The kimchi bowl was so hot that the contents became fried rice.  I've been looking for actual kimchi fried rice dish and figured I'd order this and reminisce of the dish from back home.  But then the after mixing up the contents it BECAME the dish I had sought out for!  The place is really clean and they have so much other bowl dishes .. Will be back!”

5 Stars - Kathy L. of Atlanta, GA - 6/22/2014

“Wow! That's what my taste buds say about this joint. This little gem is tucked inside a strip mall (what else is new?) On Buford Highway.  They are closed on Wednesdays.  Hubby and I were craving some stone bowl dolsot and that's where Yelp came in. I saw great reviews for this place and I concur on all the positive reviews. Excellent and delicious food!!! Service is fantastic as well. We also saw the notorious "grandma" as well walking around with her cute smile and greeting everyone…”
