How Did 1818 Club Do on Recent Health Inspection?

The 1818 Club, which is located at the top of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce building in Duluth, recently underwent a routine health inspection by the Gwinnett Health Department.

The restaurant at 6500 Sugarloaf Parkway received a "74/C" rating on Dec. 10. Among the violations noted:

Employee cutting up butter touching it with his bare hands. Butter discarded. Employees must not contact ready to eat foods with their barehands. They must use some kind oof barrier such as paper, tongs or gloves etc.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.

Four different containers of cheese from 12-3 and 12-2 not discarded. Cheeses discarded. All potentially hazardous prepared foods must be date marked and then discarded within 7 days.  Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
