Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth Adds Four Stores

Gwinnett Place Mall announced the addition of four new stores this spring. 20 Below, Happy Land, Shoe Show and Stay Fly joined the retailers at the Duluth shopping mall. 

• Las Vegas-based 20 Below carries clothing for men, women and children as well home-goods. The 12,702-square-foot store, located on the mall’s upper level near Macy’s, opened in mid-April. The Gwinnett Place store is the company’s first in Georgia.
• Shoe Show opened its 4,215-square-foot store in early May on the lower level near the mall’s main entrance. Founded in 1960 in North Carolina, the company has grown to more than 1,112 locations in 36 states. Shoe Show offers a wide range of dress, casual and athletic shoes for men, women and children.
• Happy Land, which carries special occasion clothing for children and teens, opened at Gwinnett Place in April 2011 on the upper level adjacent to 20 Below. The 3,007-square-foot store features formal attire for boys and girls, as well as accessories including shoes, purses and jewelry.
• Stay Fly opened in early spring on the center’s lower level near the Food Court. The 1,119-square-foot store is locally owned – the first for the owner – and carries skateboards, clothing and paraphernalia.

Serving northeast metro Atlanta since 1984, Gwinnett Place, a Simon Mall, is anchored by five department stores including JCPenney, Belk, Macy’s, Sears and Mega Mart. The mall also features 200 specialty shops.
