Chick-fil-A Hosting Mother-Son 'Date Knight'

Four seatings Saturday, April 28, include dinner, conversation and medieval-themed activities.

Duluth Chick-fil-A® restaurants will host a “Date Knight” for mothers and sons on Saturday, April 28, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Moms and their sons are encouraged to spend some time together while they enjoy dinner, conversation and medieval-themed activities.

Seatings are available at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 or 7:30 p.m., and reservations are required. Customers can visit www.mothersondate.com to make  reservations. About 115 Chick-fil-A locations in metro Atlanta are offering the special evening. Reservations are going fast.

Duluth locations include the at 3555 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. and the at 1570 Pleasant Hill Road.

Every mother-son pair will receive a tray liner with questions and topics to get the conversation started. A take-home booklet will provide ideas for future “dates” and questions that both moms and their sons can ask each other.

“One of Chick-fil-A’s goals is to promote community connections and enrich the lives of everyone we come in contact with,” said Robin Lomax, Chick-fil-A area marketing director in a press release announcing Date Knight. “We understand the importance of mother-son relationships and want to encourage local moms to come to Chick-fil-A, enjoy their son’s company over a meal and have fun!”

The event is free to attend, except for the cost of food.
