Atlanta Flooring Design Centers Hosts DMA

Atlanta Flooring Design Centers hosted the Oct. 4 monthly meeting of the Duluth Merchants Association at its Suwanee headquarters and retail showroom. Donny Phillips, who founded the company in 1985 in Duluth, led a networking session during which DMA members introduced themselves and their businesses. Phillips, a proponent of networking as a way to grow a business, is a charter member and former president of the DMA. He was the first DMA Merchant of the Year about 10 years ago. A commercial and residential flooring contractor, Atlanta Flooring & Design also sells cabinets and countertops and offers a cleaning service. The company is proud of its quality products, excellent customer service and competitive pricing, according to Phillips. The Suwanee site, which opened in 2007, combines five Atlanta locations of Atlanta Flooring Design Centers. The company also has a branch in Charlotte, NC.
