North Georgia Art Ramble to Stop in Duluth

The event covers several areas in north Georgia.

The second-annual North Georgia Art Ramble is a free, self-guided, open tour of 44 studios and galleries situated in seven north Georgia counties, according to a news release. And in 2013, there will be stops in Duluth.

The Ramble is set for Saturday, Dec. 7, and Sunday, Dec. 8, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Participants will experience the creative process as the artists open their studio doors to the public, demonstrate their unique techniques, talk about what inspires them and how that spark finds its way into their art.

More than 70 artists, all working in different media, are participating, most of whom only open their studio doors during the Ramble.
