'Tis the season for festivals, and the Duluth Fall Festival will be in full flower next weekend (Sept. 28-29).

And the parade will have a well-known person as grand marshal -- Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal, according to city officials.

According to the Duluth Fall Festival website, the parade will start on Main Street (near the Monarch School), continue south and east to Highway 120, turn south to Buford Highway, and end at Hardy Industrial Boulevard.

The parade route is also on theΒ Duluth Fall Festival map.
