In addition to the festival they are hosting on the town green, the City of Duluth is throwing a VIP Gala at the Red Clay Theatre. The $40 admission fee includes a gourmet buffet dinner and dessert catered by Chef Cary's Cuisine, served at the Duluth Art Gallery. At 9 p.m. guests will be treated to an improv performance by the OTC Comedy Troupe and dancing with a live party band. At 11:30, the party will move to the Duluth town green to catch the fireworks show and the festival's headlining act, country musician Jason Michael Carrol.
