Are You Gwinnett's Most Talented?

Duluth-based JEM Entertainment is searching for the most talented singers, musicians, bands, dancers, gymnast, comedians, dramatists, jugglers, magicians and others in Gwinnett County. Contestants are invited to perform at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, at the in Duluth.

Solo performers and acts consisting of no more than five performers may enter the talent search. Acts from three age groups 6-11, 12-16 & 17+ will perform before a panel of three qualified judges from the entertainment industry. Judging will be based on performance, stage presence, appearance, and audience response.

Each contestant will receive a score sheet with comments and critiques from the judges. No verbal critiques will be given.

A winner from each age group will be declared the "Judges Choice." One additional winner will be selected by the audience based on $1 per vote and declared the "People's Choice."  

These four winners will receive the title of “Gwinnett’s Most Talented” and receive a trophy, a prize package and the opportunity to perform at high-profile events.

Representatives of reputable talent agencies will be in the audience.

The talent search is sponsored by "Eddie Owen Presents" at the Red Clay Theatre located at 3116 Main St. in Historic Downtown Duluth. Proceeds will benefit Eddie Owen's Music School.
