Viewfinder: Spring Is Bursting Out All Over
No matter what the calendar indicates, Mother Nature is showing her colors.
In search of signs of spring, my travels around Duluth included Davenport Road, Cindy Court, Michael Circle, Donald Court, and Oxwell Drive.
It didn't take long to gather an explosion of colorful images with my trusty camera. The problem was not what to include; it was in trying to decide what to leave out!Β
I'm not a horticulturalist, so I can't tell you all the names of the flowers that posed for my lens, so feel free to educate me.

Not enough sun filters through the tall pines on my property to grow a vegetable garden, but that doesn't mean that I don't appreciate the variety of blossom shapes and colors that paint the southern landscape from early spring and even into the winter. This spring, I'll give my tiny garden another try, only this time I'll put in plants that thrive in shade.
Enjoy these early signs of spring!
