Post Your 'Pooch' Pics on Patch, Duluth

The new 'Top Dog' will be announced, and other activities will be held at the annual Pet Fest.

"Top Dog" and all, Duluth will have plenty of "tails" to tell Sunday at the Chattapoochee Dog Park.

The annual PetFest will be held at the dog park at Rogers Bridge Park on Oct. 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. And the signature attraction of the event will be to announce who will be the new Top Dog in Duluth -- in other words, the new "mayor" of Chattapoochee.

"Top Dog" voting concluded the weekend of the Duluth Fall Festival (Sept. 28-29).

Other events will include a pet costume contest. Proceeds will benefit the Historic Strickland House.
