Duluth Library users have access to the entire Gwinnett County Public Library collection. One of 15 libraries in the system, the Duluth Branch is among the busiest. A Library Help Line is available. Library cards are free to Gwinnett County residents. User accounts can be managed online.

Free wireless internet access is available from 8am to 8pm, and there are public computer stations which can be used to access the internet, library catalog, information databases and the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Patrons can also utilize the Library Elf service to receive email alerts for over due items and items whose due dates are coming up.
