 ecognized class will teach middle and high school girls about the danger
 s they face from strangers\, acquaintances and dating partners.\nGirls w
 ill learn how to be "street smart" by modifying their behavior to stay s
 afer and recognizing dangerous situations and people. The training class
  uses real-world video scenarios to illustrate the proper way to respond
  to dangerous situations.\nGirls will also learn and practice simple\, e
 ffective self-defense techniques that will allow them to injure and esca
 pe a much larger\, stronger attacker.\nAll participants receive a take h
 ome safety resource packet. Moms are welcome to attend this class with t
 heir daughters at no charge.
