Join us for a fun filled afternoon of bowling and food at our 2012 Holiday Bowl! The Emosah Foundation 2012 Holiday Bowl is free for one participant with a disability and his/her companion. Everyone is welcome; however, there is a fee of $10 per additional participant without a disability.  All participant registration is required as space is limited. Please complete a separate registration for each individual with a disability. After submitting registration, please be sure to sign the required Code of Conduct and Waiver and Release of Liability and Publicity by clicking on the “ONLINE FORMS” button on the website homepage.
