Never been to Z Fitness before? Wondering what this Zumba thing is all about? Want to get a sample of all our instructors and all we offer? Come on out for our FREE FRIDAY event.
We want to offer this event each month to bring in people who've never taken a class at our studio.
We offer a variety of Zumba classes including Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, and Zumbatomics for kids ages 4-12. In addition, we also have Yoga and Zapped, a weight class set to music.
