Rockin' Guacamole

If you’re looking for a Cinco de Mayo treat that’s easy on your budget and your schedule, try this side dish  from Easy Weekly Meals for College Students. It will rock your taste buds with very little effort.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Salt to taste
  • 16 oz bag of Tortilla Chips

Equipment

  • Cutting Board
  • Chef’s Knife
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Kitchen Spoon
  • Kitchen Fork
  • Reamer

Preparation

  • Place avocados on cutting board, and halve them lengthwise.
  • Remove seed and scoop meat out with a spoon.
  • Mash avocados with fork in mixing bowl.
  • Cut lime in half and use reamer to squeeze lime juice into avocado mash to make rustic guacamole.
  • Salt guacamole to taste.
  • Serve with Tortilla Chips.
