Santa’s Elves will be hosting a “Top Your Own Pancake” Breakfast Saturday, Dec. 8, from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Duluth History Museum. A selection of pancake toppings including sprinkles, flavored chips, syrups, and whipped cream will be available.
The menu also includes a Christmas Story Time and a sing-along.
Cost of the breakfast is $5 per person ($3 for veterans and civil servants.)
Children can write letters to Santa or create Christmas cards to drop into a special North Pole mailbox. The Elves will deliver them directly to Santa.
The breakfast is sponsored by the Duluth Historical Society. The Duluth History Museum at The Strickland House is located at 2956 Buford Hwy.
Reservations are appreciated. Call 770-232-7584 to reserve seats at the breakfast.
The museum is decorated for the holidays. The tree in the Main Room this year is an "All American" tree decorated with U.S. flags. For a $1 donation, visitors can acquire a flag and place it on the tree to honor or remember someone in the military.
The Children’s Room was decorated by Junior Girl Scout Troop 1125.
