Duluth Mayor Nancy Harris cut the ribbon Wednesday, Dec. 12, at the grand opening of the new Personal Care facility at Parc at Duluth. The addition complements Parc at Duluth’s existing Independent Living senior community. Afterwards, the new Personal Care addition was open for tours to prospective residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and other guests. Participating in the ceremony, from left, are Dawn Squibb, Personal Care manager; Judy Young Doering, marketing director; Mayor Harris; Jan Robbs, general manager; and Sid Howard, sales and marketing. The Personal Care addition has nurses and caregivers on staff 24/7 and offers personal care to residents in need of assistance with daily living activities.
