If last Wednesday’s presidential debate left you with more questions than answers, here’s your chance for the presidential candidates to address the issues that most matter to you.
The next presidential debate will be a town hall meeting format at Hofstra University in Long Island, where voters will ask President Obama and Mitt Romney about domestic and foreign policy.
Duluth Patch is asking you, our readers, to participate by submitting questions for the candidates.
All you have to do is post your question in the comments section below and we’ll send it to the Commission on Presidential Debates. The Commission is partnering with Patch's parent company Aol, along with Google and Yahoo, to take questions from web users across the country.
Don’t wait until Nov. 6 to have a say in this year’s election. Share your thoughts in the comments!

I would ask Mitt Romney:
"Mr. Romney, why did you lie in the first debate about 3-4 times more often than President Obama. Fact checkers and leading media outlets like the Associated Press have shown you lied at least 27 times in the 38 minutes you spoke. You told blatant inaccuracies about your healthcare plan, about unemployment figures and other topics. I thought the Republican Party was the party of integrity.
With all of your lying, how can American voters expect you to tell the truth with your promises to them -- should you win the election? "

Question for President Obama:
Why have you gone to such extremes to hide your academic records from the public?

Questions for Mr. Romney:
1. If you are so concerned about our expanding national deficit and the prospect of saddling future generations with debt, what's wrong with all of us sacrificing slightly higher taxes now to avoid that scenario?
2. Tax rates for the wealthiest individuals have been at historic lows for years. If this is what it takes for "job creators" to work their magic, why are there so many unemployed?

Questions for both candidates:
I have COPD with Asthma and have been using Oxygen for a number of years (24/7 now). Medicare paid for it for 36 months, ending in January 2010,then the DME provider continues to deliver this service at no cost to me for 2 years longer. This time will end for me in January 2013, then I am on my own as to how I will receive this care. I can't afford to pay for it. I have portable containers for when I go out to doctor's appointments, and the concentration machine in my home.
Under your health care plans, do either of you plan to have Medicare cover the costs for the oxygen therapy indefinitely for patients like myself? Or will it remain only the 36 months coverage as it is now?
