The city of Duluth will host its annual Fourth of July festival on July 3, beginning at 4 p.m. Duluth Celebrates America will take place at Scott Hudgens Park and it will include live music, food, activities for the whole family, and fireworks.
Entertainment starts at 4 p.m. with Duluth Idol winners. At 6 p.m., the 116th Army Band will take the stage. And, be sure not to miss the national anthem at 7:05 p.m.
The night continues with performances by Full Circle, a seven-piece rock style cover band. Gasoline Brothers will play "cowboy Tom Petty" style music from 7:45 p.m. until 8:45 p.m. A special guest will perform at 8:45 p.m. with the 116th Army Band performing again at 9:10 p.m. for the fireworks show.
There will plenty for the kids to do, as well. Inflatables, a rock wall, train rides, and games will be available for a small fee. The festival is free to enter, but donations to help offset costs are appreciated.
Scott Hudgens Park is located off of Peachtree Industrial Park in the River Green Business Park at 4545 River Green Parkway Duluth, Ga., 30096
