The Duluth Civitan Club will host U.S. Rep. Rob Woodall (R-GA) for a lunchtime speech Tuesday, July 5, at the Duluth Festival Center, 3142 Hill St. Congressman Woodall will speak on the proposed Fair Tax and other issues. 

The public is invited to attend, but there are only 30 remaining seats available. Lunch will be catered for $8 a person by Duluth's Family Restaurant.
