Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (www.hotelequities.com) recently awarded the company's General Manager of the quarter to Matt Crall for his top performance during the past quarter.  Honored for his leadership, excellence in hotel operations and sales, Mr. Crall serves as the General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott hotel at the Mall of Georgia in Buford, Georgia.

During the fourth quarter of 2011, Mr. Crall and his team met sales goals and posed top ratings with guests and associates.  the company chose him from among more than 40 general managers company-wide.

A manager with Hotel Equities for nine years, Matt holds a total of more than 16 years of hospitality experience.  Marriott International twice named him national General Manager of the Year for the entire SpringHill Suites brand of more than 200 hotels.
