Gwinnett County Commission Chair Charlotte Nash, District 1 County Commissioner Jace Brooks, and Duluth City Councilman Greg Whitlock  served as celebrity judges at Duluth First United Methodist Church’s Christian Beginnings Chili Cook-Off and Winter Carnival Saturday, February 9.  

Nash, Brooks and Whitlock sampled and judged 17 pots of chili in the competition. The Winter Carnival also featured kids games, face painting, a cake walk, silent auction, bake sale, and other fun activities. The carnival is the preschool's largest annual fundraiser.
