Gwinnett Ballet Theatre Hosting Party for New Students
After 16 performances of “Nutcracker” to end 2012, Gwinnett Ballet Theatre decided it was time to party!
On Thursday, Jan. 10, at 6:30 p.m., the non-profit school will launch the new year by inviting the community to a special event. Each year during the holidays, thousands of youngsters attend the “Nutcracker” performances, and many leave with stars in their eyes. They want to dance and perhaps even be in the “Nutcracker” next year. This dream is definitely possible!
GBT is opening its enrollment for new students who can start classes at the beginning of the 2013 calendar year. The party on Jan. 10 is a great way for parents and kids to come meet the staff and teachers, watch some classes, tour the 20,000-square-foot facility, and enjoy some refreshments. The entire community is invited, and there is no entry fee or ticket. Just come and see what GBT is all about and the exciting plans we have for the immediate future!
Students who begin classes before Feb. 1 will be eligible to take part in our end of the year performance in May. For more information about GBT, its classes, or this party on Jan. 10, please call the studios at 770-237-0046. Or, visit the web site at www.gwinnettballet.org.
GBT’s new studios are located at 1800 Macleod Drive, just across from Gwinnett Tech at Hwy. 316 and Sugarloaf Parkway.
