The LIU Shaolin Institute is hosting a Chinese New Year festival on Saturday, February 9, 2013, from 10:00AM to 4:00PM, at their Atlanta campus, located at 4350 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Norcross. There will be music, food, calligraphy, crafts, stories, local vendors, kung fu demonstrations, and a Lion-Dragon Dance. Mini classes will also be held every hour. Names from drawings will be pulled throughout the event, and at the end of the main show, there will be a live auction. Bring family and friends for this exciting day of activities as Grandmaster Shi DeRu and his students celebrate the lunar new year and the beginning of the Year of Snake!
